“Technological Discomfort” is one that merges linear cycles of 5g waves and the human body understanding of 5g waves as legible nonsense. We fail to question the way 5g data is transmitted from one medium to the other and our ignorance to this process is troubling because we cannot map out where our information begins and ends. Through the introduction of a sensorium organism, the cycle of 5g begins to be portrayed as something that leaves imprints, gaps and collisions within itself but also alludes to 5g leaving a footprint in the human body. As architects it's our job to question the linearity in a system we fail to recognize and experiment with a cycle that reflects our discomfort with it.

Our design is informed by the typography of the terrain, as it allows for continuity in circulation from the town to the countryside. The project begins on an existing platform at the site of castiglione d'orcia where the public and private access of tourists is divided to allow for entry into the textile facilities and entry onto the community walk way.
